We stand behind the quality of our handmade pieces. If your item arrives damaged or lost in transit, we'll make it right.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please email us at carol@bageecha.store within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once we inspect the damage, we'll process a refund within 7 days.

 

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or lost, we'll process a refund within 7 days.

 

What's Not Returnable

Since each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for damaged or lost items within 24 hours of delivery.
